James Bartholomew
Inspired by the coastline, James Bartholomew regularly travels around the British Isles to paint; particularly Cornwall, Pembrokeshire and the Scottish islands. He has also completed work in France, Tuscany, Venice and New York. In addition, James’s collectable animal paintings have created another aspect to his output, and now appear in many corporate as well as private collections, and a popular range of blank greetings cards, suitable for any purpose from birthday cards to thank you cards and other messages.
A member of the Royal Society of Marine Artists (RSMA) and The Manchester Academy of Fine Art (MAFA), when not on location James Bartholomew works from his studio at the Mill House Gallery, in an 18th century windmill in Parbold, Lancashire.
