'Letter' and 'Large Letter' sized orders (up to about 30 cards or several small advent calendars) will be sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked Letter Box. The target for delivery is 2/3 working days, but this is not guaranteed and may take longer at busy periods. Royal Mail T48 is fully tracked and scanned on delivery, and the Tracking code will be shown in your dispatch email.
All parcels are sent Royal Mail Tracked 24, by sending all our parcels this way we have been able to negotiate a better price for this service and drop the cost from £4.99.
'Letter' and 'Large Letter' sized orders will be posted by Royal Mail 24 Tracked Letter Box.
'Parcel' sized orders are posted by Royal Mail 24 Tracked. The target for delivery is 1 working day, but this is not guaranteed and may take longer at busy periods. These orders are fully tracked and the tracking reference will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You will receive updates from Royal Mail about your delivery.
Fully-paid orders which have been approved by our card processor before 3pm will normally be posted or dispatched to you on the same day, or next working day if you order at the weekend or on a public holiday.
If you order large advent calendars, these will be dispatched in a packet which will probably not fit through your letter box. Please provide details of safe place for the courier to leave the parcel (e.g. the address of a neighbour) when prompted during the checkout process.
If you are out when delivery is attempted, the courier should leave a “Sorry you were out” card. Please telephone the number on the card and arrange re-delivery at a time and place to suit.
Mail posted to UK addresses usually arrives within two or three working days of dispatch. However, if you wish to be absolutely certain, please allow at least one week for delivery during busy periods (e.g. the pre-Christmas period) especially if you are ordered large items such as advent calendars, which are often slower to arrive.
We reserve the right to make changes to these delivery arrangements as we see fit.
Special Delivery-Signed For
This is a very expensive service, we do not make a profit on it(or on the other services, we aim to break even). We offer it only as a "better" service to Tracked 24, it's ONLY guarantee is a REFUND of postage if not delivered on time.
Saturdays are NOT INCLUDED, however we find that most SD items posted on a Friday are actually delivered on the Saturday. We don't offer Saturday Guaranteed, it's even more expensive. It will need to be signed for.
We regret that we are no longer able to offer overseas delivery.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery. If you change your mind about an order after it has been dispatched, please return it to us as new in the original protective envelope (or other packaging) and we will refund the cost (and postage where applicable) of all items received in pristine condition. We will refund the cost of the goods and delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned items. A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling.
